If you’re part of a network marketing company, we highly suggest checking out any email marketing service’s policies and procedures before deciding on a company.
Popular email services like MailChimp and Constant Contact state in their terms that using their services for network marketing is against their rules, and they can shut you down without warning. This would be an awful way to lose your email list you’ve worked so hard to build!
Have a Privacy Policy and Know About GDPR.
A privacy policy and following GDPR are both legislations that help protect readers privacy. You will want to make you have a privacy policy listed on your website and that it also follows the GDPR regulations.
