What is BODYCOMBAT?
It’s an intermediate to advanced workout designed to torch calories and tone your whole body in 30, 45, and 55 minute classes.
The workouts are martial arts-inspired so you’ll be learning moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.
The workouts are all set to music which makes them fun, and the coolest part is you can burn up to 740 calories** in a class!

What equipment do you need?
You don’t need any equipment!
You may want a mat for some moves like pushups, but really you can do it anywhere you have space and a compatible streaming device!
Is it a total body workout?
Totally! As I mentioned above, LES MILLS on Demand BODYCOMBAT workouts always keep me challenged!
You can even choose workouts focused on the upper body, lower body, speed, or strength.
Is there a modifier?
No, and some of the moves are pretty quick. So I recommend starting with the beginner workouts where the trainers show you proper form. You’ll see them inside LES MILLS on Demand as well.
How many times a week can I do LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT?
I like to do a class using LES MILLS on Demand 1-3x a week. I usually will spread them out on different days, but you could do whatever feels right for you.
On the other days, I like to mix in BODYPUMP or one of the other programs on LES MILLS on Demand.
