Our 3 Recruiting Secrets
You have to stay consistent with everything you are doing for 3 reasons.
- People that are thinking about joining your team are watching you and seeing what you are doing and accomplishing.
- You have to build relationships – it’s not about cold calling anymore. People want to know and trust you before signing up. You should comment on pictures, keep in touch and stay consistent on posting good content. This will build relationships.
- Your team is watching! If you are wanting them to build a team, you have to be consistently working your business too. They will match the leader’s speed!
2. Create a System
For us, we like to start with a free group or offer at the beginning of each month. This attracts a lot of new people that match our idea of our ideal client.
The free group or offer helps someone get to know us better, and then they can go on to a paid group with a specific product.
After the paid group is over, we will approach them about doing what we do! We let them know why we think they would be good at it and ask if they would be interested in learning more. This is the main way we have grown our recruiting skills and team.
3. A Blog
A blog has been a huge opportunity and helped us create a whole new way to recruit amazing people to join our team.
A blog allows you to share your thoughts and knowledge on a topic someone is searching out anyways – so why not showcase your personality and network marketing opportunity there!
You will be amazed at how many people will fill out an application to join our team just from a really great blog post.
We do an application versus just a link to sign up because it allows them to get more information 1 on 1 from us without any obligation. It helps us attract and meet more people than just putting a link to join, and the form is super easy to make. We use Google Forms for free!
