So today to summarize, we remind you of a few points & questions you answered from earlier shows in the Reset series.
Dig out those worksheets you’ve completed!!
Go back through them as you read over these show notes.
What is your ONE BIG goal?
Example: lose 2 lbs per week
Example: grow my income $500
What 3-5 KEY behaviors make the goal possible?
Example: workout, track your calories and macros, water, sleep
Example: talk to new people, follow up, nurture my top clients, up-sell
Stopwatch to see how much time you actually spend on these things
Delete, Delegate, or Defer the rest of your to do list
Spend 20 minutes a week planning out your tasks for the week.
Anything that isn’t a KEY BEHAVIOR needs to be deleted (just not done), delegated, or deferred until later.

Block out time for those key behaviors
Now, set times to do uninterrupted work on those behaviors — Episode 52 offers some great ideas and tools to maximize your work time.
Batch & compress similar tasks
Batch tasks that are similar together so that your mind stays in that zone and works faster and better.
Block out time to replenish
You need time to rest; otherwise, you’ll burn out.

Book end your day by tracking those key behaviors “cash out”
You need to see what you accomplished each day and see where you may be falling short to truly be honest with yourself with your goals.

- each day (10 minutes)
- each week (1 hours)
- each month (1 afternoon)
- each quarter (1 weekend)
- each year (1 week)
