Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef mixture of other ground meat
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons dried onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seed

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix well.
  • Place mixture into greased loaf pan and press in to shape.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan and slicing.

This recipe makes 8-10 slices. 1 serving is 2 slices.
