Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies

We've found the best keto chocolate chip cookies! They're warm and gooey on the inside and light and crisp on the outside! The best part? They're one of the easiest low carb desserts to make! You can throw them together in 1 bowl in just 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely ground almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Lilly's sugar free chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp powdered erythritol
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1-2 Tablespoons almond milk Optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 F.
  • Stir dry ingredients very well (so you don’t end up biting into a clump of baking soda!).
  • Add wet to form a dough.
  • Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to form cookies.
  • Place on a cookie tray, and bake on the center rack 10-12 minutes.
  • Let cool an additional 10 minutes before handling, as they are very delicate at first but firm up completely once cool.

Notes

You may need the 1-2 Tablespoons almond milk to get the dough to stick better.
