- Pre-workout shake: Mix it with water for a quick energy boost before a workout.

Out of everything we’ve tried from Naked, our go-to top 3 are the Naked Goat, Naked PB, and Naked Glutamine.
With that said, we use the Naked Recovery or Matcha Latte Collagen on rest days or the weekends. We mix a scoop of Glutamine into either of these.
We’d also reorder the Naked Pea and Naked Almond Protein again, but right now we’re hooked on the goat because of the flavor, macros, and consistency.
