The massively successful entrepreneur also has a popular diet plan called 131 Diet and several personal development products on the market.

Family Life
She was born in Michigan on February 2, 1969. She’s petite at just 5’2″.
Chalene’s been married to her husband, Bret Johnson, since 1995, and they have 2 kids together, Brock, and Cierra.
Her sister, Jenelle Summers, age 46, is also known in the fitness industry.
Workouts
Chalene Johnson is known for her TurboFire and PiYo workouts.
Both of which have been taught in gyms all over the country for years, and they are also available to stream at home on Beachbody On Demand.
TurboFire is a high intensity blend of kickboxing and dance set to music.
PiYo is a fusion of pilates and yoga that has you constantly moving to keep your heart rate up!
She also created ChaLEAN Extreme exclusively for Beachbody. It’s a strength training program.
Nutrition: 131 Diet
A few years ago, she was struggling with her own energy, weight, and brain health. So she dug into her metabolism and gut health to figure out what was going on.
Once she found what worked, she started sharing it with her family, friends, and fans. Now – after people have been getting amazing results for over a year, she’s releasing a book on everything she’s learned.

Chalene Johnson started her popular podcast in 2015. On the podcast she talks about nutrition, mindset, productivity, business building and her life.
She’s also started touring and doing live shows.

PUSH: 30 Days to Turbocharged Habits, a Bangin’ Body, and the Life You Deserve originally came out in 2013. The idea of the book is to help you reset your priorities, create new habits, and lose weight (and keep it off!).
It has amazing tips and how-to’s to setting and hitting your goals. She’s also released a Push Journal to go along with it!
Marketing Impact Academy
After falling in love with Chalene Johnson’s workouts, we started Beachbody Coaching.
While we were successful in our first couple of years coaching, we needed more training to really see it turn into a full-on business.
Then, Chalene launched, Marketing Impact Academy!
This online course walked us through exactly how she had created such an online empire! She taught us how to attract our ideal clients (aka Lifers) and establish our brand online.
Plus, the training helped us grow our social media following and email list too!
We are now a part of helping her launch it each year because it was so impactful in our online business.
