What is Naked Nutrition’s Sleep Aid?
Naked Nutrition’s Sleep Aid is a natural sleep aid created with an optimal blend of GABA, L-Theanine, melatonin, lemon balm extract, passionflower extract, and lavender flower. The science-based supplement helps to promote deep sleep which helps aid in recovery from a tough day, as well as, hormonal balance, and immune function.
Sleep Aid also contains no additives and is GMO-Free, soy-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian.
What’s GABA?
GABA stands for “Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid.” This is a natural neurotransmitter found in the nervous system that helps regulate over-active neurons. When these neurons are over-active you can feel like your mind is racing, but when they’re balanced you’ll be more likely to feel calm and relaxed.

Why we like the Naked Nutrition Sleep Supplement
Naked Nutrition’s Sleep Supplement is all natural, and it doesn’t make us feel groggy the next day. It helps us just relax a little more before bed and helps us wake up feeling like we got a good night’s sleep.
When do you take it?
We like to take our Naked Sleep about 45 minutes before bed, but you can take it 30-60 minutes before bedtime. It’s just 1 capsule!
Do you have to drink it?
We’ve had our fair share of drinkable supplements, and we’re happy to report that Naked Sleep is a capsule! No need to worry about waking up to go to the bathroom because you drank a supplement!
Do you take it every night?
We personally don’t take it every night. We’ll take it after a hard day to help us relax and optimize our sleep.

How can I improve my sleep naturally?
If you’re curious on how to sleep better at night naturally, here are 9 more tips:
1. Stay Consistent
The average healthy adult needs at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep. It’s important to find and stick to a consistent sleep schedule every day — including the weekends.
This helps your body create and keep a sleep-wake cycle.
2. Keep it Cool
Studies have shown the best sleep is achieved around 67 degrees. A good range to be in is between 65 and 72 degrees.
3. Skip the Alcohol & Caffeine
Alcohol may make you feel sleepy, but it can actually make you sleep worse. Try warm milk or chamomile tea instead.
Caffeine is also a stimulant, and it should be avoided.
4. Don’t Eat Right Before Bed
Eating and drinking can keep your body’s digestion up through the night. It’s best to not eat a large meal before bed; however, if you’re truly hungry a light snack is an option.
5. Exercise
Being active through the day can help you sleep better, but you don’t want to workout too close to bedtime.
6. Manage Your Stress
A busy mind can keep all of us up at night. Journaling, creating a time to prioritize work earlier in the day, or using a bedtime routine can help you manage worries.
7. Limit Screentime
Our phones, computers, tablets, and TV screens have lights that trigger us to stay awake. Limiting screen-time close to bed can help with sleep.
8. Make Your Bedroom Comfortable
Besides keeping your bedroom cool, you can also do small things to make your room more comfortable for sleep. Do you have a good pillow? Sheets? Curtains if the room is bright?
9. Consider a natural supplement like Naked Nutrition’s Sleep Aid
Along with these tips, a supplement like Naked Nutrition’s Sleep Aid may help. We love that it is all natural and has only premium ingredients.
If these ideas are too much, consider the 3-2-1 rule for improving your sleep.
What is the 3 2 1 rule for sleeping?
The rule stands for no food or alcohol 3 hours before bed, no work 2 hours before bed, and no screen time 1 hour before bed. For extra credit, hit the snooze button 0 times in the morning!
Our Favorite Post Dinner Snack
We usually eat dinner at 5:30 or 6 and don’t go to bed until 10:30 or 11. So sometimes it’s nice to have a snack around 7PM.
Our favorite snack right now is the Powdered Sugar & Salt PB Mug Cake! It adds just a little extra flavor that makes it so delicious!
