These cute homemade puppy donuts are an easy dog treat for all ages! Our pups went wild for these iced donuts, and we love that they only use natural ingredients!
We recently got two puppies, and we wanted to do something special for them. After looking at some of the ingredients in processed treats, we decided to create our own homemade dog treats instead!
Not only did the dogs devour them, but they were also so adorable and easy to make!
Ingredients for Cute Homemade Puppy Donuts
- 1/4 cup of cooked rice
- 1 cup of all purpose flour
- ½ cup of oatmeal
- 2 eggs
- 1.4 cup of apple sauce
- ½ cup of Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp bacon bits
You’ll also need a silicone donut mold. We used an 8-count donut mold, but you could also use a 6-count mold or make the donuts smaller with a tray that holds more.
Keep in mind, we’re not veterinarians or dietitians, so please consult your dog’s vet before baking homemade treats for them!
