IS IT A TOTAL BODY WORKOUT?
It really is! After just doing one workout, you’re going to feel it in your core, your thighs, your legs, your butt, and any other part of your body that you use during the workout. (which is all of it!)
IS THERE A MODIFIER?
There isn’t, but the moves for this level of workout are considered pretty simple. Give it a try and see what you think.
If you need to modify the workout a bit you can make that choice during the workout.
HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK CAN I DO LES MILLS CXWORX?
We feel that a good mix is to plan on doing this workout 1-3X per week. Then, you can also plan on altering in some other Les Mills workouts on the other days as well. This is why this program is so great. It’s versatile!
