It’s important to have habits, and as long as those habits are positive and are affecting your life in a positive way, it’s important to keep those habits and turn them into constants. A habit tracker helps that happen. You can literally write down whatever habit you want, and track it accordingly to see if you can stick to it.
Need to post on Instagram every single day? Write it on your habit tracker bullet journal and make it happen.
What is a Habit Tracker?
It’s actually just like it sounds. It’s an app or journal that gives you the freedom to create habits, write them down, and then hold yourself accountable to get them done.
The best part? It’s not complicated, and it’s simple and easy to start!
Some people spend a lot of money on fancy options, but that’s all up to you and what you’re wanting and needing to use it for.
What’s a Bullet Journal?
One option to track your habits is a bullet journal. This is a blank notebook that has dotted or gridded paper. You can doodle, sketch or create grids and tables inside the notebook. This is a great option if you are looking for a place to be creative, as well as, track your progress.
Examples to Create Your own Habit Tracker Bullet Journal
Now that you know a bit about habit trackers and their importance, let’s talk about 3 awesome reasons how you can benefit from a daily habit tracker.
3 Reasons You Need a Habit Tracker In Your Life
Habit trackers are great for a number of reasons, but these are the top three that really showcase how truly simple and amazing habit trackers can be.
1. Habit trackers are great for visual motivation.
If you’re inspired by seeing things, you’ll love being able to visually see your progress in a glance!
2. Your habit tracker is like your own personal cheerleader.
Sometimes in life, we need a little boost of confidence to get us over that hurdle. And if you don’t have others there to cheer you on, your habit tracker will never let you down.
Every day, it shows you how far you’ve come and directs you what still needs to be done. It’s the silent motivator in your life that you never knew you were missing.
3. Quickly see everything you accomplished in just one day.
Have you ever had those days where you have no idea what you’ve done for the entire day? We’ve all been there, trust me.
Once you start using a habit tracker, you’ll never question how your day was spent ever again.
You can literally look at it and see all that you accomplished in just a few short hours. It’s a great way to see how your time management skills are going and also find areas to improve as well.
If you’re considering a habit tracker, the time is now to start. You’ll see a dramatic difference from day one and love seeing all your progress towards your goals.
How Can I Track My Goals?
I started setting goals back in 2011, but those goals stayed in a notebook with no action plan for months!
It wasn’t until I decided to use a to-do list and a habit tracker bullet journal that I created a game plan for my goals.
My biggest tip to tracking your goals is to decide the top 3 things you could do each day to accomplish it. Then, track those 3 things everyday!
