I LOVE these. Bullet journaling is so important (and easy!) so it’s no wonder there are so many great options for adding in a habit tracker. You can customize them for any theme, and anything you’re excited to track.
Creating habits is finally achievable.
A great tip for doing all these new habits you want to add to your life:
Add them to another habit you already have.
For example: If you know you’ll make coffee and drink it at the counter every morning, place your vitamin jar right next to your coffee maker to remind you to take them. Then BAM, they’re right there in the morning when you need them.
