- Joint health
- Weight loss
- Hair, skin & nails
What Does it Taste Like?
If you’ve ever had chicken or beef broth, it tastes about like that. It’s like drinking a soup.
Built Broth Ingredients
Each variety has either chicken or bovine bone broth, as well as, collagen, salt, natural flavor, tomato powder, tomato paste powder, carrot powder, onion powder, celery powder, garlic powder, shiitake mushroom, unulin, brewer’s yeast powder, apple cider vinegar, guar gum, oregano leaf extract, and xantham gum.
We love that both varieties have shiitake mushroom and apple cider vinegar for an extra little flavor and health benefit, but the guar gum and xantham gum are additives. They make the broth thicker. Luckily, neither upset our digestion, and we’ve been able to drink both with no issues.
Is bone broth Keto-friendly?
Yes, bone broth is keto, paleo, and low carb friendly! It contains 1 gram of carbs, 10 grams of protein, and 50 calories.
Our Final Thoughts
There are pros and cons to Built Broth. We love that it’s so convenient! Other bone broth brands we had tried had a similar taste, but they were still in a liquid version — so it wasn’t as easy to carry on the go.
With that said, Kettle & Fire still tastes the best to us. It also doesn’t have guar gum and xantham gum in it.
