Beachbody trainer Megan Davies sat down with us to talk about her MBF and MBFA workouts, what she eats, and more on the Kim and Kalee Show.
Megan is known for her amazing program that Beachbody released summer 2020 #MBF Muscle Burns Fat and #MBFA Muscle Burns Fat Advanced. Megan Davies is 33 years old. She was 28 when she won Beachbody’s The 20’s, and she was 32 when MBF came out.

No, Megan Davies is not married. She has been with her boyfriend, Eric, for years though. They met in 2012 while training and doing fitness competitions.
Does Beachbody’s MBF and MBFA work?
Beachbody and Megan created both Muscle Burns Fat (MBF) and Muscle Burns Fat Advanced (MBFA) to help people get the best results possible at home. Each class is intense but offers modifications and is under an hour.
It is also very effective; the before and after MBF/MBFA photos are really impressive!
What is the hardest MBFA workout?
We thought Day 19 of MBFA was the hardest! Day 19 is Full Body Burn Advanced, and it’s 37 minutes.

- She shares that there are no hard fast rules. If you miss a workout from a workout calendar, that’s ok. You’re still going to see results with consistency
